Chevron (Thailand) Limited is accepting online applications for the position of Laboratory Technician located in Bangkok CEC HET through October 1, 2026 (11:59 PM Thailand Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Make decisions and solve problems in lubricant production line related to lubricant packaging quality such as bottle, pail, drum, label, and carton
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers to investigate and resolve lubricant packaging and product quality issues, and issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to prevent recurrence
  • Collaborate with QA, Packaging Engineering, Materials Planning, and Operations teams to ensure packaging quality supports efficient and reliable lubricant production
  • Coordinating on new packaging trial run and actual commercial production schedule
  • Manage all laboratory purchasing order for service, spare part, glassware, stationary and chemical stock
  • Verify incoming product and additive shipments against COA requirements and maintain accurate quality records in the laboratory information management system
  • Be able to support testing of lubricants, greases, fuel oils and raw material when necessary
  • Responsible for requirements related to maintaining accreditation including support on internal and external assessment for ISO 17025, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF 16949
  • Be able to work under pressure from assigned tasks and operational uncertainties
  • Ensures compliance with company’s HES principles regarding to safe working practices and hazardous chemical
  • Identify, develop, and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve laboratory and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report cost-saving achievements, including financial benefits and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry , engineering or related fields
  • Having 2 - 10 years’ experience in lubricants laboratory and production
  • Good knowledge in ISO17025, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF 16949
  • TOEIC score 650 or equivalent
  • Ability to manage priorities and pressure
  • Ability to work in shift
