Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Duties

• 
  Prepare, set up, and maintain laboratory equipment and materials for practical lessons in Chemistry and Biology

• 
  Ensure all laboratory safety standards and protocols are consistently followed

• 
  Support teachers and students during laboratory and practical sessions

• 
  Manage laboratory inventory, including chemical storage and supplies

• 
  Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs of laboratory equipment

Academic Administration Support

• 
  Provide administrative assistance to academic departments

• 
  Support scheduling, documentation, and accurate record-keeping

• 
  Coordinate communication between academic staff and departments

• 
  Assist with school events, activities, and academic initiatives as required

• 
  Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence and filing

Working hours 8:30am - 17:00pm

Requirements

• 
  ​
  Previous experience in a primary and/or secondary school environment preferred

• 
  Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and proper equipment handling

• 
  Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

• 
  Good communication skills in English and Chinese

• 
  Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• 
  Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
