Ensure daily operations of the assigned laboratory sections to occur smoothly and efficiently and in conformance with applicable accreditation, certification, and regulatory requirements. Along with the manager and other section supervisors, technical oversight of the assigned laboratory section (Molecular, Quincy Urgent Care Laboratory, Point of Care, and pre-analytical department). Accurately, consistently, and efficiently perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical activities required for laboratory testing for pediatric/adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in compliance with laboratory, hospital, state, federal, and regulatory agency policies and procedures. This position also plays a key role in fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional patient service and supporting a collaborative, high‑morale team environment.
The Supervisor partners closely with the Nurse Educator to ensure all point‑of‑care testing complies with laboratory regulatory standards. Qualifications:
Education, vocationaltrainingand experience:( minimumrequirements of candidate)
Bachelor'sdegree in ahealth-related field,chemical, physical, or biological science or medical technology froman accreditedinstitution
Min Experience2-5 years of hospital based clinical laboratoryexperiencerequiredPreviouspractice management experience in a medical practice and/or ambulatory settingand medical technologist experiencepreferred.

Pay Range:
$100,000.00 USD - $125,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
