Our Energy Minerals Division provides high-quality, independent coal analysis and services to many Australian and international coal companies. We have NATA accredited (ISO/IEC 17025) coal laboratories servicing all major coal ports in Australia and have significant involvement with the superintending of coal exported overseas, quality control at mine sites / power plants and borecore evaluation.
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our Gladstone team. In this role, you will support the Business Manager in delivering high-quality, timely laboratory services, while leading a team to ensure accurate sampling, preparation, analysis, and reporting in line with international standards.
You will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining strong safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
