Job Title: Laboratory Specialist- Medical
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laboratory Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and possess excellent technical skills. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our laboratory, as well as maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation, including reports, protocols, and SOPs
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods
- Train and mentor junior laboratory staff
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in laboratory techniques and technology
- Participate in internal and external audits and inspections
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine from a reputed University
- Medical License in Home country
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of laboratory operations and procedures
- Experience with a variety of laboratory equipment and instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of GMP and GLP regulations is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus
