Eurofins Professional Scientific Service® (PSS) is a global insourcing solution for our customers. Together with the customer, we define a project for the required services that our Eurofins employees should provide. During the ongoing project, the responsibility for project management, the previously defined services and the deployment of our employees in this project lies with Eurofins PSS.

We are seeking a hands‑on Laboratory Operations Project Coordinator to support an ongoing transition and consolidation project within our client’s organization.

In this role, you will coordinate the reorganization of laboratories, support equipment transfers, manage freezer and storage consolidation, and act as a central point of contact between TechOps, site operations, facility management, and service providers. You will ensure that all teams have the required infrastructure and support to operate efficiently and compliantly throughout the transition.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the consolidation of laboratory areas and document operational requirements
  • Manage freezer, storage, and equipment relocation activities
  • Coordinate office space clearing and team consolidation
  • Liaise with site operations, facility teams, logistics, and vendors
  • Monitor laboratory infrastructure and support evaluation of temperature mapping data
  • Track budgets, purchase orders, and project timelines, providing regular status updates

Qualifications

  • Experience in lab operations, scientific support, or facility coordination within a biotech/pharma environment
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable working across lab and office environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
  • Excellent German and English skills are mandatory for this position
