We are looking for a Laboratory Engineer to support laboratory testing and quality activities at our Arco Felice site.

The role is dedicated to an engineering graduate who will be involved in electrical and process testing, quality validation activities and laboratory development, working in compliance with international standards and customer technical requirements.

The role is also ideal for a young graduate who wants to grow in a structured industrial environment and develop technical skills in laboratory testing, quality systems and electrical measurements.

The position is suitable for a recent graduate willing to start a technical career in an industrial laboratory environment, supporting testing activities, quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of laboratory tests according to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and customer requirements.
  • Assist with quality process test validation, including:
    • Dimensional checks
    • Electrical Tests
    • Destructive tests ( hot set - TGA - Mechanical etc…)
    • Support of production and other laboratory tests
  • Help in the preparation and update of Manufacturing Quality Control Plans during tender and execution phases.
  • Ensure technical correctness, traceability and reliability of test results, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Support the management of calibrated laboratory instruments, including tracking and documentation.
  • Collaborate in the coordination of external suppliers for electrical testing activities.
  • Support customer audits activities, including documentation preparation and follow-up of actions.
  • Participate in quality technical training activities.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory technologies and testing methods

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Solid fundamentals in electrical engineering, measurements, testing methods and instrumentation.
  • Basic knowledge of quality systems, testing standards and laboratory practices.
  • Engineering mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving and data evaluation skills.
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility and technical rigor.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
