
Monday-Friday on site. No weekends, no holidays. Coordinator will oversee LIS workflows, reference lab operations, and billing processes to ensure accurate test ordering, result reporting, and charging. This role will serve as a liason between external reference labs, will support efficient operations, and regulatory compliance. The coordinator will also assist in system implementations, validations, and quality improvement initiatives including outreach facilities.
Responsible for performance in a timely manner of all technical and administrative aspects of the
assigned laboratory section. Maintains laboratory services in accordance with standards established
by the Baptist Health Systems, College of American Pathologists (CAP), regulatory agencies, and
Federal, State and local regulatory agencies
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience required
MLT or MLS (ASCP) required
