Job Description:Under the direction of the Supervisor, the lab assistant is responsible for support functions, preanalytical processing, preparing specimens to send to appropriate reference laboratories, and accessioning/registration functions. Performance of waived and moderate complexity testing, inventory control and management, specimen storage and retrieval. Performs maintenance required by laboratory.
