The Department of Physiology is seeking to hire a motivated Lab Assistant to support daily research operations in a dynamic, discovery‑driven environment. Key responsibilities include mouse colony management, tissue processing and sectioning, and slide preparation and staining. You will also help maintain lab supplies, manage chemical and medical waste, coordinate equipment service, ensure safety compliance, and assist with the assembly and operation of complex laboratory equipment.
This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and eager to build strong technical skills while contributing to impactful physiological research.
Hourly range: $26.23-$30.93
