The Opportunity

We’relooking for a Laboratory Analyst Ito joinour AnalyticalChemistryLaboratoryteam in Witney This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build hands-on laboratory experience in a GMP-regulated environment, working with industry-leading analyticalchemistrytechniques and equipment.

In this role,you’llsupportfuturefinished product release, stability studies, and laboratory investigations, playing a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and compliance standards.This role is based in a laboratory environment and involves routine handling of chemicals and reagents as part of day‑to‑day analytical work.

WhatYou’llDo

  • Perform routine analytical testing using approved methods within a GMP environment.

  • Support finished product lot release, stability testing, and quality investigations.

  • Meticulouslyfollow SOPs and quality system requirements for testing, documentation, and data integrity.

  • Recognise and escalate OOS, OOT, and atypical resultsto senior colleaguesusingstrong communicationskills

  • Support test method validations and change controls under supervision.

  • Maintainhigh standardsof laboratory housekeeping, safety, and compliance.

  • Work collaboratively within the lab team,as well asother interdisciplinary teams,building strong internal relationships.

  • Support theset-upof a new analytical laboratory.

  • A Bachelor’sdegreein a relevant scientific discipline

  • A strong interest in laboratory testing and quality systems.

  • Ability to follow written methods accurately and with attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn and develop skills using analytical techniques such as HPLC

  • A proactive, team-focused mindset and commitment to safe working practices.
