Bechtel’s Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) Business Unit is designing, building and commissioning a semiconductor fab in Clay, NY. M&T is an exciting and growing business unit that serves customers in the semiconductor, datacenter, life sciences, and electric vehicle markets. The Labor Relations Representative supports project labor relations activities to ensure compliance with labor agreements, company policies, applicable laws, and project requirements. The position serves as a liaison between project management, craft professionals, labor organizations, subcontractors, and workforce services personnel to promote productive labor-management relationships, maintain workforce stability, and support successful project execution. Duties are consistent with responsibilities identified within workforce services and labor relations functional guidance. #LI-SM2

Work Environment
Position is based at a large construction project site and requires frequent interaction with craft professionals, labor organizations, project management, subcontractors, and client representatives in a fast-paced construction environment. Work hours may exceed 40 hours per week and require flexibility to work limited overtime and/or provide coverage for shifts other than day shift.
