About the Role

We are seeking a Law or Business Administration student with an analytical, proactive, and dynamic profile to join our Labor Relations team.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Terminations: Analysis, approvals, document issuance, final settlement routing, scheduling and preparation for union/labor ratifications (homologation), and submitting documents to the document management system.
  • Labor Claims / Lawsuits: Receiving initial claims, analyzing requests, gathering defense documentation, preparing defense reports, liaising with external counsel, determining the need for witnesses, and acting as a legal representative/corporate witness (preposto).
  • Legal Compliance: Supporting labor inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and other regulatory bodies.

Profile Requirements

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Law or Business Administration degree program.
  • English: Intermediate or above.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace platforms.
