What You Will Do
- Leverage generative AI and advanced analytics tools such as VincentAI and TrellisAI for efficient case analysis and legal research.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow your portable book of business, targeting a minimum of $1M.
- Collaborate with a national network of legal professionals to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client service.
- Shape the strategic vision of your practice while focusing exclusively on labor and employment law.
- Utilize CoCounsel 2.0 to deliver faster, nuanced legal insights and improve overall client outcomes.
- Drive innovation in labor and employment law by proactively addressing emerging workplace challenges through technology.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 10+ years of experience in labor and employment law with a proven track record of building and maintaining a portable book of business.
- Strong understanding of legal technologies and their application in streamlining legal processes.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.
Preferred
- Experience with legal tech startups or familiarity with tools that track regulatory changes in labor law.
- A background in innovative legal practices or recognition in legal technology awards.
- Established connections within the labor and employment law community to enhance business development efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
