Job Description

• Licensed attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience

• Experienced Civil Litigation Attorney
• Candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside of the box and work well under pressure and deadlines.
• Looking for immediate hire, and ideally someone who is intelligent, driven, and looking to grow and flourish within the company for an indefinite amount of time.
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the California Bar or admission before beginning this role.
• Demonstration of appropriate and professional behavior in working with members of the public who may often be in crisis or frustrated with service availability.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent dispute resolution, negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop initial and ongoing case strategies.
• Willingness to act as a mentor to junior associates.
• Employment and Bilingual is a plus
