What You Will Do

• Manage litigation matters within a leading Labor & Employment practice.
• Take ownership of substantive legal work, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate closely with experienced shareholders, gaining significant responsibility and client interaction.
• Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to the needs of a diverse clientele.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Ideal Candidate Background

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in Labor & Employment law.
• Strong preference for candidates with a federal judicial clerkship.
• Excellent academic credentials, demonstrating a solid foundation in legal principles.
