Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in Miami. As a key member of our labor and employment practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases and projects, from single-charge matters to complex, multi-party litigations.
Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in labor and employment matters, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation
• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of complex employment law issues
• Develop and implement effective strategies for defending clients against employment-related claims
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to clients across various industries
• Stay up-to-date on developments in labor and employment law, including changes in legislation, regulations, and case law
Requirements:
• 0-5 years of experience in labor and employment law, or general litigation with an interest in focusing on labor and employment
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
