Employment & Labor Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment & Labor Attorney to join our dynamic team in Palo Alto. As an Associate in our Employment and Labor practice group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters, including counseling, litigation, and M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day counseling to clients on various employment law matters
• Support employment aspects of M&A transactions
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of employment law and its applications
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients
• Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills
Ideal Candidate:
• 2-5 years of experience in employment law
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• High level of motivation and initiative
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
