Labor and Employment Associate - San Francisco/Silicon Valley
We are seeking an exceptional junior or mid-level associate to join our dynamic labor and employment practice in either our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters, collaborating with experienced attorneys to deliver top-notch counsel to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide employment counseling and strategic advice to clients on various labor and employment issues
• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of employment-related claims and disputes
• Draft and review employment-related documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures
• Assist in the preparation of litigation cases, including research, document review, and witness preparation
• Stay up-to-date on developments in employment law and provide insights to clients on best practices and emerging trends
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in a large law firm, preferably in labor and employment or general litigation
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
