Role Overview: This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period while monitoring maternal and fetal well-being. The Labor and Delivery RN assesses patient needs, administers medications and treatments, supports the childbirth process, and collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to promote safe, quality care.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience required.
• Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions.
• 1 year of EPIC experience is required.
• Previous Charge Experience preferred.
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred.
• Community Hospital Experience preferred.
• Certificates Required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, Lactation, NRP, STABLE.
• Additional Skills: Arrhythmia.
• Special Equipment: Panda Warmers and Giraffe incubators,
• First time travelers accepted based on review of years of experience.

Schedule:

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Float: Required

Call: Required

Weekend: Every Other
