Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery Recovery Room (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Labor & Delivery Recovery Room team in Abilene, TX This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate and individualized care to women and children, utilizing the latest nursing practices in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to women and newborns during the post-delivery recovery phase.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure the achievement of optimal patient outcomes.
• Apply scientific nursing principles in the delivery of care and maintain high standards in maternal and child health
• Adhere to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing).
• Licensure
• Registered Nurse license.
• CPR-BLS certification required before patient contact.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Experience No previous experience required; we welcome new graduates and offer training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
