Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN)
Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida

We’re hiring a Labor and Delivery RN in Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida who wants strong earning potential, relocation support, and meaningful work in a high-acuity women’s health environment.

You’ll step into an acute care role focused on caring for laboring mothers, assisting with deliveries, monitoring fetal status, and supporting postpartum recovery. You’ll work alongside collaborative OB, anesthesia, and NICU teams in a hospital setting where every delivery matters.

What makes you a great fit

• You are a licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for Florida licensure
• You have at least 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• You’re comfortable with fetal monitoring and labor management
• You remain calm and confident during emergency deliveries
• You thrive in team-based women’s health environments
• This is not a new graduate opportunity

Compensation & Benefits

• $33.37–$45.05 per hour based on experience
• $6.00 per hour night differential
• Health insurance with approximately 75% employer-paid employee-only premium
• Employee-only plans starting around $75 per pay period
