Lab/Facility Technician (Grant Funded)
Arizona Western College is seeking a Lab/Facility Technician to help keep the Wellton Manufacturing Training Facility safe, functional, and ready for hands-on learning. This role is an important part of creating a training environment where students can work with real-world manufacturing equipment and build practical skills.
Grant funded through the Empower to Grow Program, this position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping a hands-on learning environment running at its best. Typical Duties:
- Serves Students. Maintains the Wellton manufacturing training facility and performs custodial duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized training facility.
- Supports instructors during hands-on lab sessions
- Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment.

- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved may be considered
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
- Arizona Driver’s License or Equivalent
Salary:
$28.85 per hour

- Non-Exempt, $28.85 per hour
