Located in Shanghai CTC site and is responsible for the lab work to support application projects.

Responsibilities

• Follow the guidance to develop testing plans and conduct lab tests to support sample preparation, sample testing, data collection, result summary.
• Good documentation of lab work to ensure the easy tracking of sample information, test conditions, and test results
• Establish and improve lab related documents/ SOP
• Submit samples to internal and external resources for tests and collect test reports based on business needs.
• Efficient lab work management with high quality test data.
• Follow lab’s practice for equipment calibration/maintenance, spare part, chemicals and samples management

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, or related majors.
• More than 2-year lab testing experience in R&D/Application groups, preferably in multinational companies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in Chinese. English reading/writing capability.
• Good practice of lab safety and 5S management.
• Demonstrated good teamwork.
• Learning agility and self-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
