What You Will Do:

• Responsible for working in a lab environment and logging in samples

• Working and responding with both our internal and external customers daily

• Answers questions and provides information as needed to customers

• Clearly and accurately documents issues.

• Printing labels for all samples

• Moving boxes of samples as needed to the appropriate areas

• General office skills/duties as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education and/or experience.

• MS Word and Excel skills (average usage)

• Laboratory environment experience

• Proven ability to fax, scan and manipulate pdf documents.

• Accurate typing skills

• Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume and geographically diverse organization

• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field

• Good organization skills

• Good customer service skills

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for long period of time

• Will be required to lift boxes up to 45 – 50 pounds

• Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to client/customer drug testing
