Job Purpose

Be responsible for semiconductor product’s electronic characterization test and Lab equipment’s maintenance & test technical issue’s solution.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform power semiconductor product’s electronic characterization test。
• Carry out Lab equipment’ maintenance, buyoff and performance verification.
• Fabricate test fixture and test socket.
• Communicate with foreign engineer on semiconductor characterization test and related technique.
• Purchase equipment & spare part & tool and prepare related documents.
• Other Lab related works.

执行功率半导体产品的电学特性测试。

负责实验室设备的维护，考æ ¸å’Œæ€§èƒ½éªŒè¯å·¥ä½œã€‚

制做测试夹具和测试插座。

和国外工程师进行半导体特性测试和相关技术的沟通交流。

购买设备，备件，工具并准备相关文档。

其它实验室相关的工作安排。

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in electronics, electromechanical or equivalent, with 3+ yrs semiconductor related work experience.
• Have basic knowledge on discrete semiconductor product (GaN, SiC MOS) and module product.
• Have good use experience on general test equipment/tool, especially oscilloscope, pulse generator, power supply and multi-meter.
• Be familiar with English. Can communicate with foreign engineer.
• It is better if having capability to do PCB layout design or software programming.
• Positive work attitude (carefulness, patience, modest) and good cooperation spirit is especially important and critical.

有电子，机电一体化或相近专业本科或大专文凭。三年以上半导体相关工作经验。

有对分立器件（GaN, SiC MOS）和模块产品的基础知识。

有对通用电子测试设备的良好的使用经验，特别是示波器，脉冲发生器，电源和万用表。

熟悉英语。可以和国外工程师交流。

如果有PCB设计能力或软件编程能力会更好。

积极向上的工作态度（细心，耐心，谦虚）和良好的合作态度是尤为重要的品质。
