The Impact You'll Make

Reports to the Chief Engineer or Engineering Supervisor, and under limited supervision handles all routine and much of the specialized work involved in product development testing.

This is a 1st Shift position.

• Adhere to company policy and procedures
• Act as a role model within and outside the company
• Perform duties as workload necessitates
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude and demeanor
• Communicate regularly with supervisor about Department issues
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
• Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position
• Meet department goals

What We're Looking For

Technical Competencies

• General knowledge of test equipment and laboratory test techniques applicable to Company’s products for use in setting up and conducting laboratory tests.
• Normal courtesy in personal and phone contact with other Company personnel primarily to provide or obtain information.
• Ability to document test results in a test summary or report.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Trade School preferred

Minimum Experience Required:

Equivalent to three (3) year related test experience, preferably gained within the Company, or one (1) year experience and an Associates Degree in mechanical or hydraulic technology.
