Meet the Team:

The Ireland Operations team is actively seeking the right teammate to support the stand up of production in our Ireland factory as a Supervisor in our Manufacturing Solutions Lab.

As the Lab Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a team operating on our Back End Day shift to support our overall Business Units that operates 24/7. This position will set goals, establish priorities, manage resources, review production performance and results, and make decisions to ensure production deliverables are achieved. This job spends a significant amount of time leading and developing a production team.

Back End Day shift:

This role is on a 12-hour day shift (7:00am – 7:00pm)

Every Friday to Sunday and alternate Thursdays

Following a repeating 4-on/3-off – 3-on/4-off schedule

Shift Premium: 20 % premium

You must have the right to work in Ireland. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

  • You will drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver enhancements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance.
  • You will apply your technical expertise to support problem-solving and drive the resolution of operational challenges.

  • You have experience leading, developing, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • You can drive performance across Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.

  • You can present issues, risks, and solutions clearly to leadership.
  • You can adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • You have Medical Device industry experience, which is an advantage.
  • You have experience working in start-up and scale-up environments, which is an advantage.
  • You have experience working in a Digital Factory environment, which is an advantage.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years related experience and previous team lead experience.

The annualised base salary for this position is from €57,715.00 to €74,690.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
