The Department of Medicine is seeking a highly qualified Laboratory Research Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for laboratory research operations within a dynamic and specialized research environment. Reporting to the Laboratory Director (Principal Investigator) and/or Laboratory Manager, this position is responsible for the direct supervision, development, and performance management of professional and highly skilled technical staff within a large, complex laboratory unit. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to laboratory leadership, ensuring the effective coordination of research activities, optimal utilization of resources, and adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in fostering operational excellence by promoting accountability, stewardship of laboratory resources, staff development, and the successful execution of research objectives while supporting the laboratory's strategic goals and mission.
Annual range: $78,500.00-$163,600.00
