Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Prepare detergent formulations, enzyme samples, and test materials for laboratory experiments.
• Conduct washing performance tests following established laboratory protocols.
• Measure and record experimental results using laboratory instruments and analytical tools.
• Analyze test data and assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
• Support the development, verification, and optimization of application testing methods.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Assist scientists with ongoing customer projects, product evaluations, and innovation activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in laboratory research, product development, or detergent technology.
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform experimental work accurately.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and data analysis.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to commit at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Previous laboratory experience through coursework, research projects, or internships.
• Knowledge of detergents, surfactants, enzymes, or consumer product applications.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
