Lab Report Coordinator I

As a Lab Report Coordinator I at ICON, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation, review, and distribution of laboratory reports to ensure timely and accurate communication of results for clinical research studies.

What You Will Do:

You will take responsibility for scientific operations deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the preparation and formatting of laboratory reports in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
  • Reviewing reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines before distribution.
  • Collaborating with laboratory staff and cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure timely report generation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of report submissions and distributions, tracking any required follow-ups or corrections.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, laboratory technology, or business administration.
  • 0-2 years of experience in report coordination, data management, or a related role, preferably within a laboratory or clinical research setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 1%)
