Arthrex Inc. is actively searching for a ArthroLab Inventory Control Associate towork in coordination with the Lab Operations Department to support events at the Arthrex Naples ArthroLab. This candidate will assist with procurement of equipment within the SAP environment as well as the day to day operations within the department. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of the inventory/database in SAP to ensure its status is appropriate to support the demands of the department.
  • Develop and maintain exhibit and lab checklists and other reference materials as necessary.
  • Take over duties for any team member during their absence and help team members when necessary.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning and organizing of the department and ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Using computer scanner, allocates instrumentation to appropriate lab stations or authorized Arthrex employees i.e.: product managers, medical education staff, research and development, etc.
  • Assists in instrumentation set cleaning, inspection and part replacement or updates as needed.
  • Assists in cadaver inventory management, to include maintaining inventory data, pulling cadaver specimens for daily events, restock and rotation of inventory, general upkeep of refrigeration and freezer units.
  • Assists in restock and updates to ArthroLab disposable carts.
  • Assist in maintaining disposable restock inventory.
  • Assists in maintaining PPE inventory and restock of ArthroLab PPE area.
  • Ability to perform standard function on back table.
  • Ability to perform set audits.
  • Process Instrumentation post ArthroLab Event.
  • Ability to set up standard station.
  • Assists in maintaining lab cleaning supplies.
  • Non biological trash and cardboard removal.
  • Receive and organize loaner instrumentation as well as facilitate return shipments.
  • Assisting lab technicians in the lab with corporate events and SDL’s.

Education and Experience:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience in inventory control or warehouse and materials planning helpful but not required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • New Hires/Associates with less than One year of service within ArthroLab.
  • Knowledge of backroom layout.
  • Understanding of the breakdown and decon process.
  • Ability to pull daily specimens.
  • Standard Set Knowledge.
  • Ability to stock and maintain disposable cart.
  • Daily housekeeping.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • PCs and software as needed.
