● Independently or with colleagues, complete various testing tasks, including but not limited to Sectioning, epoxy mixing, reliability tests, and RGA, etc.
● Actively track and report any quality issues found during daily work, assisting engineers until the issues are resolved.
● Proactively identify and report problems, think independently, and suggest improvements or measures, cooperating with your department and other departments for continuous improvement.
● Organize raw experimental data and perform preliminary processing.
Qualification & Requirements
● High school or vocational school education or above. Associate degree or college majoring in chemistry or physics is preferred. Experience with laboratory precision instruments, material analysis, or chemical plant analysis is a plus.
● Strong quality awareness and principle sense; previous experience in a quality lab is preferred. Proficient in computer operation and office software, basic English reading skills.
