We are seeking a Laboratory Manager to join our growing team based in Townsville. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to drive laboratory performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across our asphalt and associated materials operations.
You will play a key role in leading laboratory activities and supporting the interface between production, surfacing and technical teams.
This role would suit someone who is highly motivated, practical in their approach, and committed to building a positive, high-performing culture.
It may also suit a candidate from an engineering or technical background with relevant industry experience.
