Review & approve raw material inspection reports upon receiving new Raw
material / Other Raw Material (RM / ORM) to meet standard requirements.
. Fill non-conformity report for any quality defect found during inspection to
report to Quality Control Unit Head for approval.
. Coordinate & follow up with W/H and Procurement Departments to relay related
claims to supplier.
. Ensure placing "STOP" Tag on quality non-conformity material to prevent issuing
to Plant for production.
. Ensure removing warning tape for quality approved material.
. Responsible for complying with integrated management system requirements
. Responsible with alignment with HSSE team for updating the HIRA and to ensure
hazard & risk are adequately identified and documented

. Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (ex. the
development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for
improvement of the OH&S management system).
