What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and test infrastructure to ensure reliable laboratory operations and minimize downtime.
• Inspect and service electrical panels, motors, drives, transformers, and power distribution equipment to improve equipment availability and performance.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and maintain accurate equipment records to support long-term reliability.
• Promote safe operations by following electrical safety practices, supporting audits, and ensuring protection systems remain effective.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, implementing corrective actions, and supporting equipment upgrades and commissioning activities

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment support within manufacturing, testing, laboratory, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, control panels, motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and protection systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams, and control schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical testing methods, measuring instruments, UPS systems, transformers, and industrial power equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
