Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow Quality System documents relevant to responsibilities, e.g., Quality Manual, and Methods.
• Experienced in control of Test and Calibration method /process follow Quality System ISO/IEC17025
• Experienced with Audit
• Acts as a resource for laboratory personnel for correct application and interpretation of internal quality documents relevant to their assigned tasks.
• Responsible for assisting in annual 17025 Self-audit as well as method audits and generating non-conformances as a result of audit.
• Responsible for ensuring non-conformances and complaints are documented via the electronic tracking system and that timeliness requirements are met. Monitor non-conformances, root cause analysis, and complaint resolutions for trends.
• Responsible for ensuring equipment test and calibration schedules are maintained.
• Responsible for testing sample traceability and documenting the results of sample trace back exercises.
• Responsible for corporate quality projects as assigned.
• Identify process difficulties and report these together with proposed solutions to supervisor.
• Maintain a perpetual state of readiness and willingness to respond to the queries and needs of clients, staff, and co-workers.
• Maintain a Quality System ISO/IEC17025 a cooperative working relationship with lab operations to ensure daily, weekly, monthly quality tasks are completed and reviewed in a timely manner.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees. Communicate orally and in writing to co-workers. This includes intra and inter departmental employees.
• Promote the company image through the exercising of sound and ethical business practices as related to the public and our customers.
• Contact and Communicate with Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) for ISO/IEC 17025 E-Accredited process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experiences: Preferably from Instrument laboratory (e.g., Instrument, Electrical, Analytical NDT Instruments.
  ISO/IEC 17025 Requirements Management.
• Good command in English language both speaking and writing.
• Bachelors degree in engineering fields, Science Instruments or related.
• MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Prior experience in a leadership role in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of analytical instruments commonly used in Instrument testing,
• In-depth understanding of ISO/IEC17025 standards and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC17025 testing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Accredited Lab, Lab management, Audit Lab & Fix the mistake.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of effective team management.
• Committee of Government agencies and state enterprises (TISI)
• Maintain and manage follow Quality Policy of laboratory ISO/IEC 17025 system.
• (Sometimes, able to travel for work. Eg. NDT shutdown with Operation team).
