Responsibilities
1. Meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force
2. To check and control quality parameters of the Raw materials & Semi-
finished products and finished product
3. Data entry in computer
4. Quality and Process control activities during Shift operation ( 1st2nd 3rd).
5. Testing of BD, CCS , PLC, Thermal Conductivity, Flextural strength and other specific tests for refractory materials as applicable.
6. Handling quality complaints.
Key Skills and Qualification:-
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, preferably with specialization in Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry
1–5 years of experience in a refractory, ceramics, or related materials lab
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM standards, and refractory material specifications.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of QA documentation
