Laboratory Assistant / Technician
Location: Hong Kong

Antech Asia is expanding and we are looking for talented individuals to join our Hong Kong laboratory team.

Antech has been a leader in veterinary diagnostics for over 25 years, operating 70 reference laboratories across the USA and Canada, 25 laboratories across Europe/UK, and 2 laboratories in Southeast Asia, including our Hong Kong and Singapore sites.

We provide a wide range of diagnostic services, including Anatomical Pathology, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemical Pathology, Molecular Diagnostics, Immunology, Allergy Testing, and Genetic Testing. Our laboratories support veterinary hospitals across Southeast Asia with their diagnostic needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with routine laboratory work across multiple disciplines (Cytology/Histology, Molecular Diagnostics, Microbiology)

• Support sample processing activities

• Carry out administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory management, procurement, and reporting

• Maintain laboratory organisation and cleanliness standards

• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Skills and Experience

• Higher Diploma or above in Biomedical Science or a related scientific discipline

• Previous experience in a medical or diagnostic laboratory is advantageous

• Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible with strong organisational skills

• Able to work independently with high attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Good command of written and spoken English
