Job Description

The Lab Administrator ensures smooth coordination between the lab and stakeholders by managing communication, overseeing sample logistics, and maintaining accurate records to support timely reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Communicate effectively between the lab and vendors
  • Manage the process of sample receiving and returning to vendors after testing
  • Send reviewed and approved testing reports to vendors and related teams
  • Update information on the system and tracking files
  • Organize the storage of documents and testing data
  • Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

COMPETENCIES & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Demonstrate good command of English for effective communication
  • Utilize computer skills, particularly MS Office applications, to support daily tasks
  • Apply strong organizational skills to manage documents, data, and workflows efficiently
  • Develop close working relationships with WSGO office and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Exhibit integrity, accuracy, and careful attention to detail in all responsibilities
  • Maintain a service-oriented mindset while working diligently under pressure
