• About the role:
As an intern, you will work closely with our LA E&I network leaders to implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization. This is your chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in HR and business partnership.
• Some of your tasks will be:
Collaborate with E&I leaders to align strategies with business goals.
Track and analyze E&I progress to identify improvement areas.
Organize regional and global E&I events and manage logistics.
Create a social media calendar to promote P&G as an inclusive employer.
Support as an HR Business Partner for a business function, providing assistance on organizational topics and HR initiatives.
Job Qualifications
• Hard Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with social media management tools or content calendars
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
• Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Teamwork and collaboration
Adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience or coursework related to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
