We're seeking a strategic, customer-focused L4 Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of our Stream+ product roadmap, creating a streaming-first proposition that delivers remarkable experiences for Canadians. In this role, you'll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, managing complex partner relationships while championing customer-centric innovation across integrated devices and platforms.
Your Impact
Create & Deliver Stream+ Roadmap – Shape and execute the Stream+ product roadmap that defines our streaming-first strategy, creating a compelling value proposition that connects Canadian viewers to world-class entertainment
Drive Integrated Device Experience – Design and bring to life seamless, intuitive experiences across TELUS devices and platforms, making entertainment discovery and consumption effortless for our customers
Orchestrate Customer-Centric Strategy – Lead LBGUPS (Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay, Support) customer lifecycle initiatives, identifying friction points and streamlining the overall customer experience
Manage OTT Partner Relationships – Build and nurture strategic partnerships with major Over-The-Top (OTT) streaming providers, managing technical integration requirements, performance optimization and driving compliance with partner and TELUS objectives
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Roadmap – Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for Stream+ that balances streaming innovation, integrated device experiences, and TELUS business objectives. Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap informed by customer research, market trends, and technical feasibility
Customer-Centric Product Development – Lead cross-functional teams in defining requirements, designing features, and delivering high-quality experiences. Leverage customer research and data analytics to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement
OTT Partner Management – Serve as the primary liaison to major OTT partners (Netflix, Disney, Amazon, etc.), managing technical requirements, API integration requests, performance metrics, and compliance.
Technical Integration Leadership – Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define technical roadmaps for OTT integrations, identify and resolve technical blockers, optimize performance, and ensure partner platform requirements are met
Data & Analytics – Define KPIs and metrics that measure product health, customer satisfaction, and business impact. Build dashboards, conduct analysis, and translate insights into actionable product decisions
Integrated Multi-Platform Experience – Partner with development teams to create a seamless, frictionless content discovery & viewing experience for Stream+ customers across TELUS hardware, mobile devices, web platforms, and third-party devices (Roku, Apple TV, etc.), working closely with internal teams and external partners
Market & Competitive Analysis – Monitor competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Share insights with leadership and translate market opportunities into product strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth product launches, go-to-market execution, and ongoing optimization
