职位描述
基于Momenta海量真实物理交互数据，主导WAM世界模型架构设计与大规模Scaling研发，覆盖多模态理解、视频生成与端侧Policy Model全连路推动Physical AI在自动驾驶等真实场景规模化落地。
职位要求
1.学历背景： 计算机、自动化、人工智能等相关专业，211/985 硕士及以上学历 2.大模型技术栈： 深入理解 Transformer 架构，有 LLM（大语言模型） 或 多模态模型（VLM） 的训练/微调经验。 熟悉生成式模型（Diffusion, VAE, GAN）原理，有视频生成或序列预测模型相关经验者优先。 熟悉强化学习算法。 3.编程与工程： 精通 Python，具备极强的代码实现能力。 熟悉 C++，了解模型在端侧（On-board）的部署与推理优化（TensorRT/CUDA）。 4.自动驾驶经验： 理解自动驾驶 Planning/Prediction 的核心业务逻辑，具备数据驱动算法（Imitation Learning, Offline RL）的研发落地经历。
