1. 
   Oversee IT infrastructure and applications
   support across Asia Pacific, ensuring operational stability and high
   availability
2. 
   Monitor and maintain service quality, capacity,
   and performance in line with organizational standards and SLAs
3. 
   Manage escalation processes and ensure timely
   resolution of incidents and problems
4. 
   Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to
   implement best practices and drive continuous improvement
5. 
   Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies,
   security standards, and governance frameworks
6. 
   Lead vendor and partner management, including
   performance evaluation and contract compliance
7. 
   Support strategic IT projects and regional
   technology initiatives aligned with business objectives
8. 
   Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for IT Service
   Management in the region
9. 
   Supervise data center infrastructure and ensure
   robust business continuity plans
10. 
    Organize regular meetings with business
    stakeholders to share IT service updates
11. 
    Lead the team in a multi-country setup

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 
  Has 8 - 10 years of experience
• 
  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for reporting and stakeholder management
• 
  Decision-making and strategic thinking.
• 
  Can speak English
• 
  Must be Local/Citizen
• 
  Lead Engineer: with proven leadership or project management experience.
• 
  Ability to lead teams and mentor junior engineers.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• 
  Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
• 
  Initiative-taking and proactive approach to solving engineering challenges.
• 
  Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and handle client or management interactions.
• 
  Must be willing to work onsite
