Responsibilities Handle low-confidence, complex, and high-risk tasks routed by the system.Refine temporal boundaries and event timing; correct difficult tool/anatomy cases.Provide second-pass review on sampled work units; mentor L1 annotators.Identify recurring disagreement patterns; propose guideline clarifications/examples.Support adjudication by preparing evidence (frames/clips) and recommended resolution options.
Requirements 3–6+ years in video annotation with demonstrated high accuracy.Strong understanding of temporal labeling, boundary consistency, and error patterns.Experience coaching teams and running calibration.Healthcare/surgical video familiarity preferred. KPIs Complex-case resolution accuracy, adjudication support quality, IRR improvement contribution, rework reduction.
