We are looking for an L1 Support Engineer with DevOps exposure who can support day-to-day technical operations, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist in maintaining stable production and staging environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong foundational technical knowledge, and wants to grow further in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. You will work closely with engineering, QA, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.
