1. 協助規劃與執行金融業洗錢、資恐、制裁、舞弊及不當招攬等法遵風險管理專案。
2. 協助規劃與執行個人資料保護、智慧財產管理、金融業公平待客、ESG轉型與永續發展及AI治理等顧問專案。
3. 協助撰擬審閱各類中英文契約（一般商務合約、聯貸合約、有限合夥契約等）。
4. 協助研析法律問題並撰擬各類法律文件（律師函、意見書等）。
5. 協助規劃與執行金融業主管機關委託之國際監管趨勢研究、新興法律議題等研究專案。
1.須具團隊合作/協作能力。
2.對於非傳統律師工作，諸如法令遵循及風險顧問工作，有高度熱誠。
3.具服務於金融業法令遵循或法務部門經驗者佳。
4.若為實習律師，薪資區間為33,000~35,000
