About the role
As the Kyte Value Stream Manager, you will lead the department and take full business ownership of Kyte product management & operations. You'll take full accountability for the performance, growth, and end‑to‑end success of Kyte.
Your role will be critical in driving the strategic vision for Kyte, ensuring market needs and business goals are met. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver innovative products and a top-class experience that delight our customers.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Team Leadership & Governance
Directly lead and manage the Kyte value stream (product and operations).
Organize and drive day‑to‑day governance to align stakeholders and deliver outcomes (e.g. owning and hosting Value Stream management meetings).
Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.
Liaise with shared service teams to enable optimal functioning of the value stream and implement corporate initiatives.
Actively participate in yearly VSP and budget discussions (e.g. revenue forecasting, cost estimations).
Provide regular input for leadership meetings at Finca and TAA Europe level.
Product Management
Define and own the long‑term vision and strategy for Kyte, together with the Product & Operations Director.
Oversee the product roadmap and ensure delivery in close collaboration with development teams.
Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and competition.
Represent Kyte in customer, partner, and internal stakeholder meetings.
Business Operations
Oversee and support onboarding, customer support, operations, customer success.
Ensure a coherent and scalable end‑to‑end flow for Kyte as it grows and evolves as a stand‑alone product.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Ensure Marketing, Sales and Development teams have the information and direction needed to support Kyte’s growth.
Ensure international alignment on go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with peer Value Stream Managers to strengthen alignment and collaboration across the Finca product portfolio.
Strategic Initiatives
Define and execute Kyte’s internationalization and growth strategy together with the International Business Development Manager.
Your profile
You bring:
Extensive experience in product leadership, with exposure beyond classic product management into business, operations, marketing, sales.
Proven ability to act as a business line manager or value stream leader, coordinating multiple stakeholders without direct reporting lines.
Strong strategic thinking skills, able to translate market opportunities and customer needs into concrete plans.
Comfortable operating in an international context, working across markets, teams, and cultures.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, able to align product, technology, operations, marketing, and sales.
A pragmatic leader with a hands‑on mindset, ownership mentality, and natural authority.
Fluent in both English & Dutch
