We are seeking a bright, adaptable, and motivated junior trainee to join our Corporate/M&A team in Kyiv The ideal candidate will demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, strong initiative, and a proactive approach to learning and contributing within a fast-paced transactional practice.

About You

You should have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. A solid academic background in law is essential, and exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—are required. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is just as important as the ability to manage tasks independently.

While previous experience in corporate law or transactional work (such as banking or finance) is an advantage, it is not essential. We provide access to in-house training programmes and day-to-day mentoring to help trainees quickly build their knowledge and skills. Most importantly, we value candidates who are eager to learn, willing to work hard, and have a clear interest in the corporate/M&A sector.
