About the Role

You'll be part of a global onboarding team spanning London, Paris, New York and Hong Kong, working at the heart of CACIB's Global Markets Division. Your mission: deliver a seamless, compliant onboarding experience for institutional clients — without compromising on speed or quality.

What You'll Do

Core Onboarding & KYC

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for institutional counterparties, covering KYC, regulatory documentation and pre-trade requirements
• Manage periodic KYC reviews, ensuring client records remain accurate and compliant
• Drive regulatory remediation activity and keep pace with evolving requirements across key jurisdiction

Operational Excellence

• Maintain robust controls across the client portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving lifecycle issues
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Front Office to deliver a smooth client experience
• Contribute to a rolling programme of continuous improvement initiatives

Project & Change Management

• Lead and support regulatory and process improvement projects using Lean and Agile methodologies
• Represent the team in regulatory adherence meetings and industry forums
• Support the implementation of firm-wide initiatives

Who You'll Work With

• Internally: Front Office Sales & Trading, Financial Security, Compliance, Back Office, and IT
• Externally: Institutional clients across global markets

What We're Looking For

• Solid KYC/AML onboarding experience, ideally within a global markets or investment banking environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions (UK, EU, US)
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to operational integrity

Graduate

Essential:

Experience in KYC Onboarding and/or remediation in a financial services industry or regulatory environment.

Desirable:

Experience dealing with broad range of counter-parties, particularly financial institution clients, asset managers, insurance companies and hedge funds

Knowledge of other Regulatory Onboarding processes, across Dodd Frank, EMIR, FATCA, AEOI, KYC

Practical experience with the following:

• Adverse Information
